Lucien

Lucien is a small, brilliant and dazzling little dragon with a healthy handful of peculiarities and quirks that sets him just left of the center of clan politics. He is ice borne, ice raised and - gods willing - it is the ice that will hold his bones at the end.

He moves among the bergs and the floats and the waves of his home with feline grace. Perhaps in another life he would have been an excellent ambush hunter, but all that talent is lost to his love of magic. Why magic? Because it's got rules. Unlike animals which scurry, bite and deceive; unlike the weather which changes its mind; and unlike even other dragons who are perhaps the worst of liars, he finds magic to be reliable. Consistent. It's a transparency he appreciates -- and one he emulates, at times to a fault.

Possessed as he is of this love for clarity, Lucien is often the last dragon dragon to ask for advice. It's not that the advise he gives is poor, per se, only that he is unabashedly honest.
