Royal Guard | Inner Clan

One of the few dragons who came to the clan through honest and unshadowed means, Tiel was purchased from a kindly Light clan for one very specific purpose: the Royal Guard to Combustiere, clan Matriarch. One stately Guardian is hardly something to take lightly, but to see the two females side by side often makes potential usurpers and trespassers rethink their plans. Something of a daughter to someone who has only ever had sons, Combustiere takes Tiel's training very seriously. They have sparring sessions together twice a day, often followed by serious discussions regarding form and etiquette.

And how does Tiel handle all of this? With poise and grace, of course. But truth be told, the young Guardian is a giant bundle of nerves. She frets about everything, often triple checking things to make certain they're done just right. Tiel has a big heart, too: this often goes against what she's taught, and those who know her are familiar with the expression she wears when uneasy with her commands and lessons. Her kindness has gotten her in trouble more than once, but her favor with higher ups gets her excused every time.
