Biography

mate- none
nestmates- none w/in the clan
close friends-
bonded familiars- cloudkeeper herald, red-breasted hainu

despite her young age, Parne is quite the flirt, always eager to mingle and chat w/ any dragon he finds an interest in (or that finds an interest in her). at the present, because of his age, most dragons don't take her all that seriously, either scoffing at his antics, or playing along for a laugh. however, it's easy to see that once she grows into her feathers a bit more, he'll have a strong backing for his flirts.

knowing that he isn't yet taken seriously, Parne uses rare moments of mutual flirting to mess w/ others a bit. while she isn't taken seriously in her romantic or sexual claims, Parne has the uncanny ability to make others feel rather comfortable around him, his charm and smoothly flowing voice pulling truths out of others they likely wouldn't have disclosed to any other dragon. both Corselia and Myco recognize this talent in Parne, and have both taken her under their wings in order to teach him the finer points of political exchange and stealthy eavesdropping. Myco is particularly interested in Parne's potential for more under-handed practices, but Corselia is set in keeping Myco in line. Parne, while not explicitly interested in politics, is happy to find a use for her talents, and an excuse to continue in his ways. while his abilities may be similar to Alice's, the Spiral has no interest in teaching him her ways, as she prefers to work alone, so Alice is happy to leave Corselia and Myco to their own devices w/ Parne.

Parne seems to get a bit nervous whenever a dragon goes beyond flirting, and she always puts a stop to the exchange if the other party attempts to take it a step further. Parne used to think this anxiety may simply be newbie jitters, but after a fling w/ Pene out of curiosity, Parne found he's DEFINITELY not inclined to anything beyond flirting
