Quinn was born in the Windswept Plateau to a clan of dragons on the defense against the Harpies and Talonok. As an archer, Quinn also received magical enhancements to her body in the form of long red quills along her crest and spine. Uncomfortable with staying behind after her clan's war was lost, Quinn felt like the Nature Flight would be her second-best fit and so fled for the Viridian Labyrinth.

Upon joining Sideris-on-Riverbank, she wanted to avoid lashing out at her new clanmates and getting herself into trouble so she chose to work in the tea fields. What could be more idyllic than that? And just for good measure, she found herself a big hat that serves multiple practical purposes: keeping the sun out of one's eyes, and hiding one's irritated expressions in order to avoid a duel. The plan worked, and Quinn ended up as Rhune's assistant manager.

However, she's much more comfortable on a cool, breezy day reminiscent of her homeland. If it's hot or humid outside, Quinn will do everything she can to shirk field duty and stay inside the shop. This preference for reminders of the Plateau is evident in more ways, as well - her treehouse is easy to spot thanks to the bamboo balloons tethered to its roof, and she's a regular visitor to the Windsinger's shrine at the lair's Shrine Tree.
