Tempest is most often known as the Dead King of Winter. He is a tired, old wraith who awakens very rarely, and whom not much is known about. Keeping to himself and avoiding other dragons, many in the clan are even unaware of his true name and only call him the Winter King. Fewer yet know of his true elemental allegiance, as many only glimpse the starved blue eyes of the massive, ancient imperial from a distance, never close enough to realize the King is actually from a Lightning clan. How he came about his icy powers is unknown, but only one dragon is bold- or stupid- enough to readily and regularly approach him: an overzealous tundra who, like Tempest himself, bears no native connection to the ice flight.
