Kaneki
"What is a thousand minus seven?" It all happened many years ago. A young mirror lived a great life in his flock. He had as good a life as a mirror could wish for. On their travels, he met many different dragons. Alongside which an orphan tundra dragoness of his age; Irvene. The kind mirror flock decided to take in the tundra hatchling. Kaneki and Irvene soon became the best of friends and were inseperable. They had it great together But one day, everything changed. The flock was attacked by beastclans. Kaneki had been told to hide, together with Irvene. But the beastclans won. They outnumbered the mirror flock by far, and Kaneki had to watch in silence as his parents die. But worse had yet to come. The beastclans were searching for survivors to take as prisoners. Kaneki and Irvene were about to be discovered, and in a last attempt to save his frightened friend, Kaneki gave her a chance to escape by sacrificing himself. Kaneki got imprisoned, but wasn't aware that the beastclans had worse in mind.. They used him as a test subject for their twisted devices, which they developed to arm themselves against dragons. For many months, or maybe even years, did he suffer that way. Until one day, Irvene managed to find him, and the now all grown up dragoness managed to free him. Together did they escape. Yet with no place to go. On the run from the beastclans, all exhausted, Behemoth found the pair near-dead. He brought them back to the lair for Naga to heal them. Ever since, they've been members of Tali's clan. End well, all well, you'd say. But there's a twist- The experiments and suffering had twisted Kaneki's mind. He wasn't the friendly mirror he used to be. He was an aggressive, corrupted beast. Mind set on one thing only; wiping out every single last beastclan. The last bit of sanity within him, is his affection for Irvene. And eventually, the two became mates. Although even Irvene can't undo the corruption, she's still trying. As of current, Kaneki fulfills his role as a lair member mostly as a protector. Although he is forced to live in a separated part of the lair, in solitude, as he's too dangerous to really live with his clan. He decided to devote his life to protect Irvene. No beastclan members ever made it out alive when he's in action. Kaneki goes in a blind rage of corruption the moment he even just hears their name. By now, beastclans speak of him in fear, having heard stories of all the gruesome things he does to any of them. He's named and created after the protagonist of Tokyo Ghoul; Ken Kaneki, whom happens to be a Ghoul. A kind person at first, yet after undergoing torture, he becomes corrupted.
