Frostbite | Imperial | ???
Male | Asexual | Aromantic | Young Adult
Judgmental | Closed off | Irritable | Mute | Analytical | Introverted | Socially inept | Disinterested
Frostbite is a dragon often overlooked in Manifold clan. His independent nature sets him apart from others, and makes him unreliable for group related tasks. Born a water dragon and raised an ice dragon, Frostbite developed a sort of misunderstood coldness about him, both figuratively and literally. Frost has a fondness for reading, writing, and books. He also has a mysterious soft spot for familiars.
Frostbite is not one for idle chitchat, or really, any talking at all. Nobody is quite sure why the dragon is so caught up in himself and so disinterested in anyone else. Frost can usually be seen alone, observing flora and some fauna. He has a bit of a curious nature about him, and has a fondness for studying and analyzing. His prized possession is a large scroll in which he uses to take notes on his surroundings.
Though Frost rarely every gets himself involved in meaningless conflict with other dragons, if he is provoked, he is a surprisingly powerful force to be reckoned with. Most don't expect such powerful strength from such a bookworm of a juvenile dragon. He has a strategy for almost any battle, and will never disclose his tactics. He spends a lot of his time training alone, and seems to have a bit of an obsession with developing exceptional self defense.
Orphaned as a young hatchling, Frostbite was taken in by beasts in the Snowsquall Tundra. Never learning to speak, Frostbite's survival is mainly attributed to his ability to observe. Living alone in the wilderness hardened him to the core, and gave him survival instincts like no other.
Encountering unforgiving enemies of both beasts and dragons alike, Frostbite began to pick up on the social nature of other dragons. He began to craft his very own written language to save all his valuable observations. One thing that bothered him was that he had never seen an imperial like himself before out of all the enemies he had encountered. It made him feel especially outcasted and lonesome.
He eventually grew so strong he wandered to the Fortress of Ends, seeking more inner strength.
There, he struggled to survive- but dug up an invaluable treasure: a map. Inscribed on the ancient thing were depictions of all different dragons in their geographic locations, the imperials placed directly near the Sundial Terrace. The map seemed to have been created before pearlcatchers were even created by Lightweaver.
Inspired and given new hope for dragons who might possibly understand him, Frostbite made a long hard journey to Light flight, settling for Manifold clan. His appearance was awkward, as he could not speak or communicate to state his business. But the dragons saw him as an Imp in need, and so, Manifold is where he stayed.
