Favorite Familiar: Sickle Kamaitachi

Navira is a feisty little mirror that loves combat, hunting, and travel. She has a sharp wit, sharp tongue, and sharper teeth. She spends her time with or far away from Arabacus. Sometimes she loves him; sometimes she utterly despises him.

Navira was once a human girl in a distant land and time, and her family was killed by a group of bloodthirsty creatures. Arabacus was among them. He took the girl and raised her as his own, mentoring her in the ways of war. But Arabacus had a harsh teacher, and like mentor like student; Navira sharpened under Arabacus’ teaching.

Many dragons in the clan find Navira to be hostile and deceptive. Even when she offers friendship, she often turns her back on others or uses them to gain what she desires. Navira has learned to do this as a way of protecting herself from pain, fearing that her friends will abandon or betray her. Unfortunately, many in the clan do not yet understand this; they simply keep their distance.
