Biography

She/Her, Bisexual. Surname is Storm's Eye.

Sirrah is the clan's adoptive grandmother, a dragon who may succeed even the years of the clan's ancients. She is strong and patient, having braved immense storms with the aid of her powerful wind magic and incredible competence in battle. Even in her old age, she is not to be trifled with. She was once a fearsome warrior who was rumored to serve directly under the Windsinger herself, borne of the first generation of Nocturnes to come into Sorienth.

She would still be serving under her deity if not for the battle scars she has sustained in his honor. Sirrah once fought in a great battle of dominance against the wrath of exalted warriors of opposing deities. She gave it her all, but even her magic could not penetrate the thick shadow mana of her opposers and the sheer number of them. It cut deep into her wing, tattering them so badly that she would no longer be able to fly. Even so, she soldiered on and through her sheer grit, managed to win the battle for the Windsinger. Hearing of her sacrifice and honoring her, the Windsinger discharged her to live in deserved and honorable peace for the rest of her days. While she could never fly as she used to, he filled the spaces where her skin once was with swirling blue winds, a mark of his power and approval.

He sent Cyrus, another retired and honorable warrior with her to honor her presence and title with the validity of his. Though not mates, the two have formed a deep friendship as a result of being with eachother so long. Sirrah had no preference in where she should live, but couldn't say no to the warmth of the fire domain. Cyrus had connections with the clan in the form of Gordanna and Tobias, and offered to live there. Sirrah accepted, and has been enjoying their company and the calm of the clan ever since.

Now, she has become much more interested in the clan's hatchlings and youth. She takes it as her duty to look after and mother them all, especially those found orphaned in unhatched eggs. Many of those children look to her as their mother, though she is easily well past that age. Every one of them knows the tales of dominance and the stories of Sorienth's establishment, straight from the maw of someone who was there herself.

Typhoon, her Blueridge Greatshell, has been with her since she was a hatchling. Typhoon has also been able to channel intense magics since his childhood, and once bolstered Sirrah's magic at her side in combat. But unlike her, he hasn't aged as gracefully. He was never particularly fast, but he has truly slowed down. He often needs help from other familiars and dragons to get around as he used to. The hatchlings however, love him as much as Sirrah. Their energy may be a bit much for him, but is always enough to make Typhoon smile.

With the return of her wife and expansion of the clan, she and Lelula have decided to forge new trails and create the clan of The Windsinger's ancients. It largely appeals to dragons they fought with, ancient species and modern dragons of considerable age. They seek to live comfortably and by the old standards they are familiar with, while also spreading the clans' beliefs among the dragons of the age and element they are most familiar with. Both have become calm and fair leaders, but not without the ability to protect their newly formed clan. They are as much the clan's protectors and founders as they are its parents- unhatched eggs are still a commonality regardless of clan, and the two often become their adoptive parents.
