Biography

In Norse mythology, Aurboða (Old Norse "gravel-bidder" or "gravel-offerer") is a mountain jötunn, wife to the jötunn Gymir, and mother of Gerðr.

Aurbotha visits her fellow dragons for tea some days before they die, to talk about how they want their funeral done. Some call her a seer but she only sees death. Sometimes she visits the graveyard to have chat with the dead dragons over a cup of tea. She also visits Huginn for tea, apparently the only dragon who keeps surviving her regular visits. Some say it is because he knows her favourite flavour. No one knows how old Aurbrotha is, and no one ever asked, as far as the living dragons know.
Also collects tea and teapots.
