Biography

Caerulea

Caerulea was born into a large clan with two loving parents. Unlike her older sister, Caerulea preferred to remain indoors. As such, she picked up on many indoor tasks like cooking and cleaning. A fan of the arts like her sister, Caerulea couldn't find one which spoke to her until one day she picked up a needle and thread to fix a tear in her clothing. It was like magic, how the fabric came together under the needle, and the finished product was widely praised. Caerulea shut herself inside, taking orders for mending before one day, at an older dragon's suggestion, starting to learn embroidery.

Fae are always close to magic and Caerulea was no different. Her work seemed to shimmer and glow and while working she would find runes and magicked candles to help illuminate her work. Over time the magic began to work a change on her, altering her scales from that of her older twin and changing her eyes. Not one to care about her appearance, Caerulea likely would never have noted these changes until she was invited to move to Clan Hotaru by her sister, who was surprised by her sudden change.

Since moving, Caerulea has begun to open up more to others, namely her sister's children. In an effort to have some of her own, she and Nuriel had a couple hatches before Sachiel caught his eye. All of their children went to serve the Lightweaver, however, and so she has since comforted herself with her work and her sister's family.

Caerulea's favorite person in the world is her sister, who she looks up to. Nymphae has always been the more outgoing sibling. She has recently begun to offer some assistance to Lupin. Since Aknosom joined the clan, she has begun to develop feelings for the other dragon, watching as she brings gifts to her sister, who will never notice them.

Name origin: Named with her sister after a flower.
