He can't guarantee every request will be met, but he does try his best to time out pleasant surprises in time for hatchdays to not find Wik's pun so funny. His boorish stepfather Belirk may not tell him much, but he mentioned that his dear late mother Angelah named him, and its meaning has nothing to do with his identifying what the clan experiences "a lack" of to treat his amazing battlebond Tambora with kindness, though he cannot return all of her affection in kind to keep chasing The Translator out of the restricted storage. If she'd like more Borer Scrapmetal for the Coatl's metalworking, she should make a formal request like everyone else (no longer an issue now as the Coatl has been banished, though in hindsight he finds The Translator's behavior even more suspicious, but he doesn't want to cast aspersions. Perrhaps she just enjoys the darkness of the vault?) as his duties have severely lessened in Trotcliffe, to find time to spend with his... with Belirk. They've spoken more words now than ever before. He's warmed to hear stories about Angelah, though his father's not much of a storyteller. Well, with so little to do here, he supposes he may take an interest in cauldron-tending, see what pops up |
