• Her parents are both Ice wildclaws who live in separate Lightning lairs, their colors match and they were presumably a breeding pair so let's say upper class, arranged marriage but they lived apart and only met up on a scheduled basis to have a clutch that they'd split up and raise on their own.
• Diversity win! She has two moms and they are divorced in spirit.
• Angio was born while on vacation in Ice and IMMEDIATELY shipped to Lightning so she has zero memory of the Icefields.
• She's the lastborn on Heartspell's side, and I vaguely remember seeing her and Heartspell on sale at the same time so she took custody of Angio for her life, I'm gonna say.
• Grew up and took work as a coroner, spent her days preforming autopsies on dragons and gained a deep love of it
• But you can only dissect so many corpses from the farms before it begins to wear on you, and

• The Ice dragon within her loves collecting all these eccentric little scientists.
•
• She spots an imperial from across the room at a party and is relieved to find an equally uncomfortable face in the crowd so she wades through it to introduce herself to him.
