Background:
Euphorbia and Chamaesyce were two innocent Fae dragons, flitting around near the Gladewatchers forests. They were collecting flowers for an upcoming festival that their clan, Clarity Clan, was holding, and it involved flowers! Flowers for tables, flowers for leis, flowers for crowns, and flowers for every single imaginable tea.
These two were happy, flitting here, flitting there - not a care in the world beyond their current 'task' of flower picking. Unbeknownst to them, there was an arcane force being generated in the depths of the forest - a magical dragon was harnessing some power which was to be hidden from all and as such they had secluded themselves in the deep forests beneath the Behemoth. Unfortunately, a magical surge caused quite an explosion, with many of the surrounding trees being torn to parts, or changed forever. New and strange creatures, if they survived, rose from the purple mist - disorientated and apparently unable to control most of their limbs.
Two twisted bodies groaned, Euphorbia and Chamaesyce, at first in minor pain at what they had experienced, but then later in complete panic as they realised what had happened. Their limbs twisted violently, panicking as they were - vines, tendrils, LEAVES! Chamaesyce screamed in a small voice and flitted her wings, she got a small amount of lift, but even as she flew, her wings were contorting, ripping, bulging and changing. Petals sprouted. She was changing, she knew she would loose all life if she continued like this. She picked Euphorbia up and together they dragged themselves in any direction. They were strangers to the great forests. Eventually, they found a clan, fortunately one with a prominent Arcane dragon who, upon seeing their forms, agreed to help.
Unfortunately he could not reverse the transformation, but could arrest it's development. He managed to save what remained of their draconic forms. Now part plant, part dragon, they are regarded as monsters to more reserved clans, so they seclude themselves in forests, away from the eyes and claws of those that would see to end their lives.
