Biography

R’dik, like all Guardians, traveled far throughout Earthshaker’s territory when his search began for his charge. He wasn’t sure how far he would have to travel but once he found his charge he would know. R’dik searched alone through the rocky landscape until he came across a Fae named Flitmia. Together they eventually had a nest and settled down to raise their hatchlings. Their small camp started to attract other wandering dragons and before R’dik knew what was going on he was the leader of a clan… Which actually felt right to him and with that, he knew his charge was to lead and take care of his new clan.

Years passed and R’dik had taken on other mates as well as grown stronger to protect the new dragons along with the older ones. Despite his size and strength however, he was a calm tutor to those in his clan. Most of these dragons leave after a while, either to serve the Earthshaker or explore Sornieth’s other clans and flights. He knows they will never forget him or his teachings no matter where their paths take them. As leader R’dik must stay with the clan- he’d never dream of leaving anyway- but it prides him to know that his tutoring has spread far beyond his small clan and into the lives of so many other dragons. As a leader, being a mentor to others is the best he could ask for and he is sure those he guided would agree.
