Biography

Every seed holds a memory of its time in the earth. Each little plant, sleeping and waiting, is a promise to the future.

Hwy has been around a long time, and he has seen many things. Some things he has regretted - members of his family leaving without farewells, his birth clan being chased from their home on the Shifting Expanse, his own cowardice in confrontations over the years. But some things have been flickering embers of pride. His seeds are one of those.

Hwy keeps Oakrest's seed bank, "The Vault" as it's affectionately known. His head for numbers and data has served him well in ensuring that no seed is unaccounted, and that they always have enough harvested for the next planting.
