Spatter has a lot of courage despite his small size. He was born in the Scarred Wastelands, specifically in The Wandering Contagion. He always wanted to have a clan all his own and one day finally decided to go about it. While traveling in search of a lair space he tried convincing several other dragons in the area to join him. Of course, with his small stature and timid nature most simply turned him away, some even took a swipe at the small fae.

Tired and disheartened, he retreated to his newly claimed lair space.. only to find it actually was already home to dark colored mirror. Panicked by this discovery he tried to explain what he was doing, worried a pack would soon be following the other. He was surprised to find she was a loner and had been guarding this spot for some time, waiting to make a new pack all her own. Even more surprising.. she had been matching him and took quite an interest in the small fae.

Thus the clan was started...

Overtime the two got closer, Spatter noticing that Ebony seemed to be more open with him. One day she came back from a trip and dropped a hat on his head. The gifts only continued to come, a bandanna, food, pets... she seemed insistent on hiving him things. It didn't take long for Spatter to realize Ebony had a fondness for him. He had developed feelings quite early, her abrasive attitude always captivated him.

The two eventually confessed to each other, the fae far more flustered, his crests moving in ways Ebony had never seen. They rule over the clan together, Spatter more lenient and open to ideas while Ebony is strict and far more skeptical of certain ideas and dragons. They balance each other out well and couldn't be happier together.
