It's easy for strangers to dismiss Skittles. She's cute, covered in flowers, hyperactive, bubbly, and a bit of a ditz. But she also has a powerful mastery over Arcane magics. You wouldn't want to make her angry, unless you want to wind up the subject of one of her ""experimental"" spells.

She spends her days researching ancient magical theory with her mate, Galaxy, and the two often visit Light clans to make use of their vast libraries.
