Volta's clan was attacekd by Harpies, her egg was stolen right out of the nest in the Shifting Expanse and dropped on the edge of cliff near the ocean. Her eggshell cracked on contact but she somehow managed to survive with her health relatively intact. Unable to fend for herself and terrified of falling she was left for days on that ledge before Okami and her pack heard her cries as they were passing by. She's feels indebted to Okami for saving her life but made no mention that the Mirror was her charge so when she was old enough she was sent away to follow her Search. She ended up in Clan Ghost Lights where she stayed for days to see if her charge was here but just when she was going to leave disheartened a little Nocturne named Rathi was brought in and she was relieved to find she was her charge. Since then she's set herself up as the Head Guard of the clan since when she arrived it was practically defenseless. To this day she still doesn't like harpies or longnecks and once butted heads with the previous beastclan ambassador about allowing then in the clan, she was proven right when they broke several eggs with only the two magical longnecks objecting. Since then only a handful of beastcaln have been allowed to stay after heavy monitoring.

Not bad with hatchlings she nonetheless feels like she can't be a mother so whenever she does have eggs she tends to leave them with the father and distance herself. One nest was before she'd left Okami's pack but the other three were with an annoyingly charming thief who plagues the bathhouse and the marketplace. Lately though she's been trying not to be charmed or provoked by him, the reason for this is unknown. Her permanent familiar is ?

Apparently the right colors but wrong breed for the Lightning varient of Kugelblitz...cool!
