Isis is respected among the clan as a magic user and as a motherly figure. She symbolizes the Egyptian goddess of magic, fertility and motherhood. In addition to those few traits, she also represents death, healing and rebirth. Typically, she is in charge of tracking down stray eggs and from there she enjoys spending her time keeping a close eye on them, acting like a mother before they eventually hatch. Even after that, she checks up on them regularly, willing to help whenever she can have the chance to. It always seems to be an appreciated effort.

Often times she can be found to be lost in thought whether she's on duty or off. More than not, it means that she's in contact with a spirit from beyond or one that's stuck walking the land. It gives her a constant comfort for some reason as she still has someone to talk to periodically considering she doesn't have a mate of her own.

That might be one reason why she takes to the hatchlings well, despite the fact of not having a mate, she enjoys being around the younger ones as if they were her own. She's willing to watch over them as well as play with the more energetic ones. She'll indulge them in their endevours and ultimately give them support from the sidelines. Overall, her character is strong whether that be mentally or physically as a quite beneficial and respectful quality.

On one of her frequent tracking expeditions, Isis came across a rather... Particular egg. It wasn't exactly like the ones she usually saw, no, this one was different in a quite obvious way. That way was its deformity in the way that it looked, like it had been taken poor care of and just... Tossed away. Actually, she wouldn't be surprised if that was exactly what had happened to it.

It pulled on her heartstrings, usually she felt the same care toward each of the eggs she tracked down and watched over however... This one wasn't the same, she felt a healthy need to protect this young egg and took it from its place, shielding it in her hands as she made her way back to the clan. She wasted no time in getting back there, moving about as fast as she could manage without disturbing the luckless egg.

Maybe it was the influence of the spirits guilting her into feeling worse off for this young egg and maybe it was just her own conscious duty to protect it... She wasn't sure but nonetheless she knew she had to do her best to care for the young one when it had yet to hatch and even after that.

Soon enough, the egg, later known as Set by Isis, would end up hatching healthy although in a sorry state.
