Daedra is a fantastic tactician and handles the defense and organization of the clan’s knights and mages. While he is kind and well-meaning dragon, he also has a trickster streak that dragons of his flight are known for. He loves taking part in harmless pranks during his free time often with the help of Mello. When working however he’s all business and takes his roles as Captain and secondary leader incredibly seriously. Daedra also seems to have a strange kind of liquid shadow that clings to his body. It threatened his life when he was young until it was mostly stopped by Rory when he was clan leader. He still bears the mark of the Shadowbinder upon his side and is careful to keep the ooze under control.

Daedra is primarily responsible for handling all offensive and defensive related aspects within the clan. He organizes the knights and mages within the clan, making sure everyone receives proper training and stays sharp. He also manages training of dragons who wish to serve the Arcanist as warriors. His most important duties though are making sure the clan is defended and that any coliseum runs go smoothly. He also keeps track of the status of all the clan’s warriors be they knights or mages and makes sure they stay healthy and healed up. In general he is also second in command to Azura and if she is out of commission or anyone within the clan needs attention he handles it in her stead.
━ HISTORY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Daedra actually has little memory of his past beyond faint glimpses of the Tangled Wood. He doesn’t even recall his parents. He joined the clan when Azura found him while gathering in the Wood and brought him home. He was seemingly infected by thick, oozing shadows akin to the Shadowbinder’s and his hide core her mark even. Despite the eerie circumstances around the young dragon, Azura brought him home to Rory who was able to purge some of the shadows and stopped the spreading of the rest. Once Daedra was deemed healthy despite the muck still clinging to him he joined the rest of the clan and was trained by Rory and Azura in fighting. He proved to have a natural talent with strategy and tactical planning which Rory encouraged him to follow. Daedra still wonders about what happened to him as a hatchling but without his memories he has yet to find a way to uncover his past. |

Since the day Azura found him and saved his life, Daedra has had deep affection for her, starting out as friendship but growing into a strong romantic relationship. Daedra would do anything to keep her safe and happy but knows she can more than easily hold her own in battle. He loves to spend their free nights stargazing together or watching Azura work. |

Being just a little older than him but still relatively close in age, Daedra gets along incredibly well with Mello who is one of his closest friends. When not working in the coliseum or tending to their other duties, they enjoy playing harmless pranks on others within the clan. Mello has become a sister to him and along with his mate the three nocturnes love spending their free time together. |

While the massive imperial doesn’t speak anymore, Daedra still enjoys his company and considers him a close friend. Often Ochi becomes his first line of defense when in training exercises and the two enjoy playing chess together in complete silence. Daedra is one of the few in the clan who are not at all bothered by his changes. |

A good friend, Daedra enjoys listening to her stories and tales of her travels in the Tangled Wood. Her tricks and performances are some of his favorite to watch and she ceases to amaze him with new ones. Daedra also finds it nice to talk to another from the Wood even if he can’t really remember his past prior to joining the clan. |
