Though Jubilee remainins an active member of the council, she has recently taken to caring for this odd little temple in times of rest. The building is full of spell bottles, trinkets, sweet smelling smoke, and an overall sense of calm. Headmistress Jubilee will be glad to take any curious dragon in and show them the wonders of the beyond.
