Cerastes' Hibernal Den

The small village of Watch-On-The-Hill is located on a large island halfway between the Windswept Plateau and the Southern Icefield. The landscape is one of sheer cliffs and bleak moors, and villagers must contend with harsh winters. Nevertheless, they are a cheerful and welcoming community. Most live within the walls of Sometime Abbey, which was once a religious outpost; the nuns have since abandoned the island to seek a less punishing climate.
