@Tala2121 oh i've heard only good things about sonic x shadow generations :] i do wanna check out some of the earlier games too first but im excited to see what that one's all about!!

(The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog is also a really fun recent Sonic game if ace-attorney style visual novels are your speed, and it's free)

Thank you for your compliments on my Shadow :D! Love that edgehog, he is sooo the coolest forever and ever. Honestly, if you're looking to get more into Sonic and learn more about Shadow in particular, I can't recommend Sonic x Shadow Generations enough [eyes emoji]. Haven't played the Sonic gens part yet but its often said to be one of the all around best 3D Sonic games since its release. But oh man Shadow gens is a whole different beast, most Sonic games are a mix of really really good elements bogged down by poor execution/jank/development issues. But Shadow gens has almost no caveats, it's very fun to play and all the presentation and story and characterization is PEAK! I watched Penny Snapcube's full stream vod on it and was hooked by the end of the prologue animation Dark Beginnings (on Sonic youtube channel), and when I'd finished the whole vod I immediately went and bought the game to play it myself too :D (so sorry for the long comment I get so excited abt Shadow the Hedgehog)
