SeaNerd's Clan

Deep within the Realm of the Gladekeeper, a new clan was born. A young Tundra became the Charge of a young Guardian and they vowed to grow their family until they drew their last breaths. Genovefa and Cynbel started their journey with lots of bumps in the road, but they continued forward and gathered new family members. Some of the younger members started to call them Momma Geno and Poppa Cyn, while others called them Geno and Pops.

Early in the clan's first year, Geno stumbled upon an abandoned hatchling and too him in. The little Skydancer was in very poor heath and there was a time when the clan didn't think he would survive. When all hope seemed to be lost, a little Peacock Firebird nestled next to the hatchling and caught them both on fire. The clan was very much alarmed, but could do nothing as both hatchling and firebird burned to almost nothing.

When there was nothing but ashes left, a small spark took form once more and there was a large flash of blue fire. The hatchling, now an adult, and firebird appeared unscathed and healthy. Ever since that moment, the clan took on the belief that there was a Phoenix watching over them and aptly named themselves the Rising Phoenix Clan.

Years later, the Rising Phoenix Clan had made friends with many other clans within the Viridian Labyrinth as well as outside of the Glademother's realm. The clan had continued to grow in both size and strength over the years, and Geno and Cynbel were quite happy with the size of their family. The pair were beginning to consider stepping down from the heads of the clan and allowing their adopted daughter, Zora, and her mate Theron take over.

The clan was, however, getting a little restless in their leafy home. Not to say that they didn't love living under the Glademother's watchful gaze, because they worshiped their bearded mother more than they adored the Phoenix, they just wanted a change of pace.

So, Geno asked her family if they wanted to travel the world for a while. There was a little discomfort at first, but Zora was particularly excited and the little Wildclaw's excitement was infectious. Soon the clan was debating on where they should go visit. It wasn't long until they decided that they would go visit the realm of the Lightweaver for a spell, the clans under her care seemed to be a welcoming bunch from what the Rising Phoenix Clan had interacted with.

The Rising Phoenix Clan arrived in the Lightweaver's Realm safely and settled into their temporary home among the growing festivities of the Brightshine Jubilee.

...Years went by without so much as a peep...

It seemed as they had fallen into a deep slumber, but upon waking they knew that they needed to get home to the Glade.

They worked hard, and finally made it back to their home lair. It had lots of dust and moss, but it was their home.
