You can use tumblr, put the photos you want to use as a drafted post, click on them, the right click to copy the image address. then you inter that into the picture button on the forum! (This is how I do mine)
Go to imgur dot com, upload the images you want. Come back to the entry box. Click on the little tree icon and paste the image link there. Press okay and it will post the image when you press post. :) Good luck!
@kaidamoon ok yeh im kinda new to the game so im not quite used to having to use a link for an image
Hey there! I noticed the pictures you uploaded to the skin contest didn't work. You should host them in some image hosting website such as imgur for it to work! Good luck with the contest
