Simply called "Mercy," this clan rests in the Highland Sanctum, described by navigators as "An ancient magical apparatus." The penitents of this clan have lived a life wherein they found no mercy and were sentenced to a fate no better than death. Somehow, they have found themselves here. "Mercy" is their salvation, although many never sought to be saved. Eventually, most dragons will continue on their path and leave the clan. In the mean time, they might serve as scholars and hard workers, repaying a debt that was foisted upon them by an unfair society.

The founders consist of a pair of partners. Heresy is the architect who built the main living quarters of "Mercy" though not through any desire to construct something lasting but only out of necessity. He is accompanied by Karaymion, an amphibious dragon who has ventured this far to rest in solitude in a dusty land. Together, they have managed to cobble together what most closely resembles peace of mind. Karaymion, haunted by visions of their past and the possibilities of the future, secludes themselves in the citadel most of the time. Heresy makes it something of a daily task to heal the fatigue that weakens them from a lack of sleep and no lack of waking terrors.

Hi, please call me Ast/Astyanax. I enjoy themes of mythology and religion. My username, Astyanax, comes from the son of Hector, with the Iliad and the Trojan War. I joined FR because I love dragons and art; I also roleplay from time to time. My favorite breed are spirals; I like matching colors and eyes. My favorite genes currently are flaunt and flair. I frequently delete forum posts and am not a social person. Please, don't be afraid to send me a PM with any polite questions, but do not contact me casually. I've tried to credit resources; if you notice that I missed anything, just say so. Mostly I just buy dragons to make myself feel better.
