ScorpySue's Clan

After no sign of the Windsinger for far too long, Aeryn made the decision to move the clan into the Plaguelands, a place they would have normally avoided. She made the case to her loyal council, who agreed that the clan's values more closely aligned with those of the Plaguebringer's children. Many left the clan, complaining of extremism, and Aeryn let them leave, confident in her decision. Her family gathered around her, Aeryn led the former Windguard clan into the Scarred Wasteland, eager to seek her new destiny there.

Rechristened Deathweaver, Aeryn's clan journeys the Wasteland, remaining true to their nomadic roots.

Aeryn and Mossmere, the clan's progenitors, have gone into hibernation with their old friends, Tunim, Zegai, Nephele, and their eldest daughter, Aulon. With their younger daughters, Maren and Rynna, now leading the clan, and the arrival of Aberrations, what will this mean for the carefully crafted hierarchy within the Deathweavers? Will Nideth rise to the top, or will the new Aberrations take over as the favored of the Plaguebringer?

The whisperings in Maren's dreams seem to come from many voices, with the Gladekeeper loudest among them. But these outside influences only seem to spark Maren's spiteful nature. The Deathweaver clan prizes the exchange of ideas and beliefs above all else, so Maren ought to be safe to express her concerns, but the presence of the silent Aberrations watching over the others has altered the clan's typically spirited atmosphere into one of paranoia.
