So a better choice would be to dig for chest witch have a rare chance of giving you a unmatched egg or very rare and noctane breed change scroll
Hi I saw that you were looking for help on how to get a noctarne egg. You can use your turns to dig and find strange chests.or you can scavenge and pray to God that you find a unhitched egg.however the chance is very slim.
