If you're reading this it's likely because I purchased a dragon with the opal tertiary gene. I may have the slightest preference for them, haha.

I am frequently adding to the lore of my clan. Please keep in mind that while some aspects such as relationships (i.e. mother, partner, son, etc;) are directly related to lore, some --most prominently a dragons age-- are not.

This clan's dragons are living on a cursed land that causes growths of crystals to grow directly from their bodies. What exactly causes this to happen can vary, but is typically a feeling turned obsession. A dragon born from two crystal infused parents may also have crystals grow from them, with no other cause.
The clan is currently being lead by matriarch Brisingr. Despite the controversy behind the events leading up to her leadership, she is certainly better than the last. She gives her best to her people despite not only the crystalline epidemic, but the betrayal of her partner and previous leader as well.
