This burning valley is ruled by a large clan of ridgebacks. Lesser breeds do inhabit the area, eking out a modest living on the fringes. Only a select few are considered allies of the clan, and to even be considered takes great effort to prove oneself worthy.

The Clan of the Searing Scar is led by an ice dragon named Narcissa. Strange to discover such a dragon being one of the most devout followers of the Flamecaller, but it is her coldness that tempers the clan's flame, making them stronger.

I really like ridgebacks. :|

Artist, wife, weirdo, beer enthusiast and sushi gobbler extraordinaire. One of my favorite hobbies is collecting animal and human bones. I like being outside in the woods with leaves in my hair and dirt underneath my fingernails.

Professionally, I am a paleo and fantasy illustrator; I paint dinosaurs and imaginary critters.

My Flight Rising dream is to convert as many people into being ridgeback affectionados as humanly possible.
