Both lore and exalt lair. The lore part is... on works. If a dragon doesn't have specific pronouns in their broadcast, you can use any pronouns.

wait oh my god i finally got it, ok so you need to click on a dragon -> click "customize" -> go to the bottom list called "Options | All Dragon Profiles" & check "Collapse dragon details for all profiles" and baddabing baddaboom! clean profiles :)
