The Lair of Aphrodite

Aphrodite was leisurely riding her chariot, winged by her swans, across the Cyprian air when she first saw the Arcane Kingdom, and thither turned her snowy birds around at the sight of such alluring beauty. The goddess of love made her way to the nearest shore, and with rosy feet, she mounted the surface of the rippling waters.
Upon arrival, Aphrodite and her feathered subjects were welcomed by the lapping waves, abundant meadows, and glimmering caves of the island; their forever home had been found at long last.

The devoted swans began to explore their new kingdom and were delighted to learn that the land naturally provided all the materials needed to create offerings for their beloved goddess, and at once, they set about harvesting the fruits and shells of the land. To them, Aphrodite was everything beautiful: the sunset over the ocean, a meadow of wildflowers, and the stars adorning the night.

As a thank you to her companions, Aphrodite transformed her swans into dragons. This blessed gift allowed the creatures to soar into the sky as high as they wanted, harvest and craft with their clawed fingertips, and experiment with new elemental powers.
