the price of the individual dragon can be seen when you visit the dragon's profile, or hover your mouse over the money bag symbol

if you're looking for dragons that cheap check the auction house for fodder dragons, none of my dragons are that cheap

No, it is a way to show the rate of conversion; my dragons are listed for gems; the 1 gem: 1500t means, you can buy a dragon for treasure instead of gems, but for every gem is worth 1500 treasure
-> 50g => 75000t
-> 70g => 105000t

No, that's not even enough to get a fodder dragon; there are some people gifting dragons to newbies without funds though.
you might wanna look into how making treasure works; you can make 75.000 treasure a day when you use the fairground for example
