Life in Clan Lunescence is flowing, unstructured. Moontide and Sanguine, nominally clan heads, spend more time hibernating the moons away than actually heading anything in particular. Life is easy and food abundant in the Driftwood Drag, leaving plenty of time for leisure, even for decadence. So what if unclaimed hatchlings and even the occasional fledged clan member go missing? You can never be quite sure what you're seeing, in the moonlight...
