The Sparkling Starlight

The former leader of the Sparkling Starlight has anncouced that everyone is welcome to join them.
The Sparkling Starlight is now open for everyone!

I am sure that every dragon has heard of the Sparkling Starlight, the are a organization that help protect the world from darkness and create a brighter future. Every dragons in Sparkling Starlight has to have a very special power--- the Pokémon Power. This means that a certain dragon has power to use moves and the special abilities of a certain Pokémon. That was the rule, but now anyone can join them!

Here's a little more information on them:
They fight the organization call 'The Rising Moonlight' to protect the word and make a brighter future. 'The Rising Moonlight' is a bunch of dragons that also have Pokémon Power but they disappointed everyone by using it to destroy and take over the world. Some of them may even have the power of a legendary or mythical Pokémon.

There are a lot of young dragons that want to stand up and protect the world, they are just afraid to speak up to their parents. Now here is their chance!
