You need to buy a “scroll of renaming”. Then go to your hoard, then the specialty tab, click on the scroll image, click on the dragon you want to use it on (a pop-up will appear that shows you the dragons you can choose from), and type in the new name. Then click confirm. Good luck!

Canonically, exalting isn’t actually killing the dragons! Those dragons serve the deity they were exalted to, such as fighting as soldiers, transporting supplies, etc. Of course some people headcanon exalting as murder, but you don’t have to!
