This is the home of the Ilysiad Clan. This transient clan is ever-changing as the monarch, Yoshiya, takes in dragons and gives them temporary refuge from whatever troubles they're running from. They're always running from something - nobody walks alone in this decay-sown land without a reason to keep moving. Yoshiya is careful about who she takes in; there are many dragons who aren't what they seem. But when a dragon comes up to her and can drop their defenses (or a pile of treasure, or some rare items) to ask for help, it gets difficult for her to say no.

The clan has made its current home on the border between the Scarred Wasteland and the Abiding Boneyard. Marked by a large bonfire in the center of the gathering area, the Ilysiad territory mostly consists of separate dens and caves, each built by their respective owners; as such, it's a jumble of conflicting building styles and personalities. it can get chaotic, but it's home.

Ilysiad stands on the backs of the first three - the Conclave, who survived against the odds and made Ilysiad what it is now. Yoshiya, Cairo, and Stella, who are aided by an elected representative for the rest of the clan. These four dragons are effectively the leaders of Ilysiad, and they control all major decisions; when and where to the clan has to move locations, militia maneuvers, and keeping this clan of such volatile dragons in order, among others. Recently, the return of Yoshiya's mate Sanae has thrown the hierarchy somewhat into turmoil - but Ilysiad is nothing if not adaptable, and time will tell how the pieces settle.
