High up above clouds, near Hoverview Vale floats a island. The floating rock is occupied by several Skydancers that call it home. They call themselves The Emerald Isles or Islanders for short, named after the sparkling emeralds found within the rocks that dot the island. The Islanders appear hostile to any dragon that flies a little to close, even other Skydancers. Only the rare few are ever given access to the island.
