This group of dragons lives in and around the Citadel that Was, an ancient edifice in a part of the Light flight's territory too resource-poor, haunted and irradiated by bygone magical experiments to host anyone else.
Some are exiles from other places, and some hatch into the flight. All no longer obey the laws of their old kinds, for one reason or another; there is no kind-hatred here. But there are also strange, dangerous new things that creep into the empty space left behind by a lack of love for the Weaver of Light.
