Basic clan lore:

Organa led them to a woods, quite dark and damp. the farther they got from their past home, the more relieved everyone felt. a rustle was heard in the woods, idle chatter...

Now, the clan is bustling, two clans joined together, half travelers, healers and lovers, half battered war criminals and stringent killers.

My story completely ignores most of sorneiths lore, besides the flight gods.
