This lair is located on a small cluster of islands off the northeast coast of the Lightweaver's Domain. While it's not far to the mainland, the relatively rural community is still somewhat isolated.

Inya is in charge; after all, she founded the settlement, she's super responsible, and she's great with money. It's too bad she's cripplingly shy!
