same, the cats are so cute! unfortunately, they have been reduced to modern npc's, and i was too young/never even had the older ac's, but i've seen some of the gameplay and it's so funny, i wish i could be genuinely insulted by my villagers, not just intimidated by the snooty ones lol

fair. i struggle to like the designs of sporty villagers, but i have found one specific one that i like: rudy, which is my villager. i like the designs of snooty villagers, but they're rude and make me feel stupid... maybe my autistic self gets too butthurt over it lol

lol yeah, i got amiibos for holidays/birthdays. the little ones work perfectly and are a lot less expensive, you can get them online! but omg i forgot about julian, he was on my NL island, and he was one of my absolute favourites! who were your starting villagers? i had agnes and sprocket. liked agnes a fair amount, loathed sprocket though lol.

oh jeez... my roster has like, only some of my favourites. raymond, sasha, rosie, lolly, rudy, melba, aurora, zell, stitches, and filbert! i wish i had shep and gayle on my island, and bob as well. i have some amiibos, which is how i got aurora, sasha, and maybe a few others (i don't remember), as well as the sanrio amiibos. i actually got raymond on my 7th nmt! still the best luck i've ever had on any video game.

i don't know how to make my island look nice 😭 i see all these absolutely STUNNING islands, and i try to recreate anything like it and it's just... so disappointing! i don't have like, any patience whatsoever and have massive perfectionism so it's really hard to make something i actually like... however, my villager roster is super nice!

i have 1k+ hours on NH, and i love decorating my house lol... the rest of my island is another story. i got the DLC because i love decorating houses so much lol. i need to get back on it again...
