As you make your way through the Reedcleft Ascent, you come across some very unique markings on the ground. You also see several charred bamboo shoots.

In the distance, you see an explosion of light, which is closely followed by a rumble and a shockwave. Cautiously trotting over, you spot a very red Snapper, playing around with a cauldron and dunking apparel items into its contents.

You're about to walk away when the Snapper spots you, and she swivels her head to look at you through her shiny goggles. "Oops! Hey there," the Snapper yelps, clasping her hands - hooves? - together in an excited manner. "I didn't see you. Sorry about that! Augh, I'm so bad at greeting visitors. I'm always so busy working with my alchemical recipes that I forget to keep watch!"

Before you can shake your head and reply, "No, I was just passing through," the Snapper hurries over and guides you towards a field with giant bamboo sticks shooting into the sky. There's movement in the uppermost bamboo branches, and you think you see a Spiral dragon twisting and curling around each branch. "That's Scroll," the Snapper says, answering your thoughts. "Not only is she keeping lookout, she gets to work on her research of wind currents and stuff! She also draws pictures of birds that land on top of the bamboo shoots. She's my partner in crime. Science crime! Except science isn't really a crime, is it?"

The Snapper stops you right before you can set foot into the bamboo-enclosed camp. You can see dozens of dragons - so much elemental variety! - eating, practicing battle moves, and taking care of baby dragons. The Snapper turns you to face her and places her hooves on your shoulders. "My name is Confetti," she says, giving you a lopsided yet genuine smile. "And welcome to my clan."

I would like to expressly thank you for sending me my dream dragon. That was exceptionally nice of you. Are there any dragons you're interested in on my account? There's the Sales folder but there should be some stuff tucked in my hibernal den as well.
