Terminology I use in lore

Valor- Old draconic term for "group of dragons" named after Valores, an ancient mythological figure. "___ Valores" generally means "The brave and good group of dragons known as ___". This is my general substitution for clan.

Veneress- Valores' twin from legend that could see into another realm. Its also a class of dragons that hunt down or study eldritch monsters.

Portal Keeper- Dragons that are able to channel the magical energy around them to sense or amplify portals.

Hatchling/Fledgling/Dragon of the guard- Different ranks within the Children of Veneress Valores.

Locations

Everbloom- A sprawling labyrinth of megaflora and home to Canbrake Valores. Populated largely by Gaolers with symbiotic plants that take root when they're hatchlings. They grow throughout their nervous system and provide immunity to a number of otherwise toxic organisms that call Everbloom their home.
