Loquaciousky's Clan

Lead by a glimmering pirate of a Fae, this clan makes its home in the Frigid Floes, equidistant from Arcane and Wind territory and with frequent access to Fire and Lightning raiders as well-- the better to take prizes from. While not terribly active in battles for dominance over far-flung flights, these dragons are opportunists one and all, just as likely to steal from visitors as welcome them.

Some distance away, a small splinter clan is doing its best to establish its own Kingdom(locke).
