Deep in Dragonhome, amidst the swirling sands and the scorching sun, mountains jut up from the desert floor, jagged and unforgiving. Hidden amongst the peaks nestles a little valley: a lifegiving river flowing from the peak of a nearby mountain. The ruins of a great city lie here, carved deep into the mountains themselves. Here is where the Silver Guard, a group of former mercenaries, has chosen to stake their claim, amongst the bones of a long dead civilization. Now the group makes a living off the deep mines, rich with ore, offering a place of rest to weary or lost travelers. It seems an idyllic place, but something catastrophic once brought this place to its knees, and could always strike once again... |
