I know what you mean, it can be really hard to distinguish body parts with certain colours and genes. Looks a bit too busy.

You gotta put in a little bit of work to get a lvl 25 Coli team but once you do, everything is easy. Or you could buy some 25s.

It's not that hard. Depends on how high you level them. I tend to go to 7 then exalt. Takes maybe 20 mins in the Boreal Wood.
