A small little village, growing slowly, but at the center.... Its a ancient structure! An ancient temple.. It is in the process of rejuvenation and rebuilding . This place serves many purposes! Mainly, used as library and general gathering area other than the center of town, and as a rest-area for travellers! It's got an extensive collection of books! The town is also rebuilt, it used to be a small collections of buildings about the temnple but the dragons living here turned them into homes, and they build new ones! The earth and light dragons are always at work excavating and building, and lightning dragons help out with more technichal matters! Within the marble, decorated temple...Spiral staircases, books, statues, all sorts of things! It's a general gathering area, a community center of sorts. The village bears all sorts of dragons! Mostly scholars, archeologists, artisans and adventurors though.

This place is very beautiful indeed, but one of the prettiest sights here is a place not too far, called the sunrays promenade, over a body of water , a bridge that leads to a beautiful white pristine marble promenade on a little island in the center of it! It's a very big, beautiful place with marble collums decorated with little glass lanterns, this is also a wonderful gathering place for dragons, they come here to paint, and play music, and play!

This place hides a secret, though....In the temple, a door that bears the symbol of each of the 11 elemental flights.... It bears a long table with 11 seats, A statue of the lightweaver, a beautiful stained glass window...And then ....A portal. It glowws bright, but not unbearably bright. It hurts to look at and swirls with colors, the reality itself warps around it. Sometimes whispers will come from it....

If you walk through it, you find yourself....In a different world, a little space in the Astral Plane, A place between places, between the realms. The ethereal plane, a little place in the Astral. In this strange place, all things are monochrome, color-wise to the eye. All except the beings within. A strange place, with alien creatures and dangers beyond. Imagine an endless library, but almost in ruins. Pieces of the floors float, .... a LOT of things float here. Books, pieces of stone, ....Eyes?! tendrils, shadows.....In the very center of this... Strange, seemingly abandoned place - a portal of light that leads back to the renovated temple. This place is guarded and watched over, taken care of by a Coatl that is seen going in and out of the temple a lot, a lot of the townsfolk seem to think this coatl lives in the temple, but they on't know exactly where.. But they don't question it. They don't seem too suspicious.

This clan doesn't have a strict hiearchy, it just has the founder whose the general dragon to be looked at for important information about news and such. They're the one who discovered this place, and who helped begin to rebuild it. So, they're seen as the 'Leader'
