"For the sky, we fly"- Cielvoler
Clan Info
Hello friends! Welcome to my Draconian world of Draconic Chronicles! Here you will find beautiful dragons all throughout whose color schemes tend to inspire me personally. You'll see them in my stories eventually! As for my clan Cielvoler, the information is below.
For the sky, we fly. This clan of feathered dragons is known for its legendary flight patterns. Being a clan of avid vagabonds, they devote their lives to travel and to riding the winds above Flight Rising. Their belief is when Windsinger created the winds, his intention was for them to be flown upon and enjoyed by all dragons. Thus, this clan spends their days flying in order to please themselves and offer tribute to their Flight.
Four kinds of flight are practiced in this clan: trick flight, high flight, speed flight, and choreo flight. Trick flight is a very showy flight, known only by those with stellar aerodynamic skills. Gracile is the best trick flyer in the clan, as she's able to swirl and loop as if she were pulled by invisible strings. Trick flight involves many loops, swirls, quick dives and more in order to impress and amuse both Windsinger and any dragons gazing upwards from below. High flight, practiced mainly by the coatls, focuses on a dragon's ability to fly as high as they can straight up into the air before diving with hasty swoops to "bring the winds with them". It's a very difficult type of flight, as the air gets thinner the higher you go, but it is important as it can have the ability to break wind currents if executed properly. Speed flight is very self explanatory, flying as fast as physically possible. Swallow is notorious for this. Her flight is so fast that once she picks up speed she is no more than a streak in the air. This makes for very effective attack from above and aids in cutting through difficult currents such as those from storms. Finally, choreo flight, to date, has only ever been successfully executed by one dragon in Cielvoler, Calfoute. Calfoute has the ability to create and teach his clan different flying routines based on their skills and direct them with his body cues. Because of this, he leads the flock, for with a few body motions he can get full groupings of dragons to fly in patterns that he directs. It is a very difficult art form, yet very pretty.
The leader, Calfoute, would be happy to make your acquaintance if you wished to stay in his clan. Their travel is extensive, as explained earlier, and they would happily put on a show for any clan given in return they're granted places nearby to rest. So welcome, and see you in the skies!
I'm three hours ahead of FR time.

good afternoon ^^ how're you today?
popping in to say hello again c:
In a way it would be cheating xD me going to the dragon swap thread is kinda cheating, even though the dragon could count as a 'gift'. but the dragon you're offering to me is a gift, but now that i get to choose pepperhead's mate, it's less of a gift, lol.
wow! that's certainly something xD I hope Kuejena's clan will outlast whatever's going on and that cielvoler will come out okay, too c: I can't really do much w/ my dragons since Dax and gizmo can't breed yet and I can't hatch my light egg until later.
It gives me quite a challenge since I don't go to the AH, so I can only find eggs or hatch nests, although I admit I may or may not have cheated on a few things I can't wait to see where my clan ends up c: are you doing anything special with yours?
If you're a fan of reading, here: http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=mb&board=frd&id=1150203&page=1 Basically, all of your dragons die in some disaster, leaving few survivors and you have to build up your clan following(or breaking) some rules along the way
I'm kind of shy with that xD I don't really touch the roleplay forums often, the only place i share the whole plague plot is the actual nuzlocke challenge thread u.u I used to have a few RP threads but they died a while ago :Y
It would be fun u.u I'm glad they're treating you well! I sometimes post around plague's forums but i've been involved in my own clan's plot xD It's good that wind is being lovely :) Plague is quite a nice group. I like wind when i was there.
They have, lol. Maybe we could pick it up some time when we're not busy c: im glad you like her ^^ also, how's wind treating you?
oh, also, I stopped my flight venturing thing, I've decided Plague is the place for me ^^
oh,really? that's neat! is it in a coatl's bio or do you not have it up yet? :o Also, do you want to continue our inter-clan RP or do you just want to drop it altogether(since you're busy and I'm busy xD)? side not: talania is gorgeous!
it does, but it's nice to have goals so it doesn't get boring ^^ right now my main goal is to rebuild my mirror army xD besides skydancers, it seems you have a thing or two for coatls :)
